Our team consists of the eight of us: Lisa, Bridget, Rachel, Sarah, Angie, Hannah, Jo & Tina. With each of us having 10-35 years of experience in the private medical sector we all play an important role in the upkeeping of looking after our practices, which we are proud of.

Focusing on growing your practice, following up with patient bookings and maximising your clinics. Possible use of different social media platforms and marketing.
EFFICIENCY
Speedy turnaround on clinical reports along with sending to relevant consultants and practices. No calls to answerphone and email enquiries replied to within the same day.

I ONLY NEED A FEW HOURS ASSISTANCE HERE AND THERE, DO YOU PROVIDE SUCH A SERVICE?
We offer assistance for all levels of your practice needs. For example you may only need admin cover with no billing or practice growth service, this we can do. Please get in touch and we can discuss a plan that would work best for you.
WHAT PRACTICE MANAGER DO YOU USE?
At PA 2020's we mainly use DGL for our private practice managing and we are fully trained to do so. We are also trained in and use Semble, Carebit, Cliniko and Stripe. If you have another practice managing system that you would like us to use, this can be accommodated for. We are fully trained with all Microsoft packages, google packages, typing software and multiple remote private hospital access.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. During this time we aim for no calls to go to answerphone, all emails will be responded to and all tasks completed. If there is something out of hours needed our PA's will be able to accommodate this for you and personal mobile contacts are available for this.
